Five small pieces—the largest only five inches tall—came from my kiln last week. My clay saggar broke and my metal saggar crumbled in the process. Probably the crumbling metal is responsible for some of the good color. I'm not sure I'll continue my experiment with saggars.
If any of these pieces interest you, come by the BGAA Fall Sale Saturday, October 28 and take a closer look. I hope to have my painting there as well as my porcelain.
